Hebe 'Icecaps' is a cultivar from Hebe stricta and can be easily distinguished because of its larger size and long white flower spikes. Similiar to the stricta the Icecaps variety has a defined circular shape.
Plant in a sunny spot with rich soil that doesn't completely dry out. Protect from harsh frost. Evergreen.
