Landscaping

Are you feeling you would like some help with designing a garden or landscape plan?

Apart from our own native garden with many different conditions including wet/dry, sun/shade, we have experience with revegetating land, planting waterways and streamsides, coastal areas, farming areas and biocycles. So feel free to contact us and talk about your particular land and area.

We offer a service to help you with your plans for a native garden. Guy Bowden of Tawapou Coastal Natives, Tutukaka will visit your property and come up with a planting plan and a suggested species, and if required, a sketch. We charge $100 for this service.

Or we can advise you from the nursery. You could also bring photos/pictures along with you.

Do you need help with your planting?

We recommend Neil Adams of Tutukaka who has been landscaping for six years. Neil has a great eye for tidiness. He can assist you with planting, retaining, edging and paving. Or you can contact Neil to do the ongoing maintenance of your garden for you.

Client feed back

We've had Neil Adams working with us for well over a year now and in that time
our coastal landscaped garden has improved immeasurably. Neil was recommended
by Guy and Sandra at Tawapou Coastal Natives and they have continued to take
an interest in the garden and have worked with Neil when required. We would
recommend Neil for anyone requiring high quality, reliable landscaping
building and maintenance.

Cheers, Geoff Lowe

We first got to know Neil through Sandra and Guy when we were looking at starting a revegetation project on our property a couple of years ago. We really were complete novices and after a couple of meetings on site with Neil had a much better idea of how to go about things. As we were living out of Northland at the time once we had a plan we basically just left it up to Neil and are extremely pleased with the result. We have had minimal plant loss, despite the dry year we planted, and put this down to the high standard of planting. Since then Neil has continued to be involved, assisting us with releasing and other jobs as required. We will certainly be using his services in the future and don’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone.
